Dr. Shantel Crosby, LCSW is an internationally recognized trauma expert and owner of West Rose Therapy & Consultation, LLC. She earned a Bachelor's in Psychology and a Master's in Social Work from the University of Michigan, as well as a PhD in Social Work from Wayne State University. She is currently a tenured Associate Professor of Social Work, a mental health therapist, researcher, social work educator, author, trainer, and speaker who is widely published in the areas of mental health, trauma-informed practice, and equity.
