Not finding your insurance plan on our eligible list? If you have out-of-network coverage, you may have the option to pay for services out of pocket and seek reimbursement from your insurance company. We can provide you with a monthly superbill to submit to your insurance company for this reimbursement. However, you must contact your insurance company in advance to verify out-of-network benefits provided in your coverage and to confirm eligibility.
If you need or prefer to pay out of pocket, we also provide a self pay option. Individual sessions are $150 per session--reduced fee options are available based on client income. You will be provided with a Good Faith Estimate prior to your first session and fees for services are billed directly to your credit card on file following each session.
Good Faith Estimates: You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical care will cost. Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services. This means that: (1) You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services. This includes related costs like medical tests, prescription drugs, equipment, and hospital fees; (2) You should make sure that you receive a Good Faith Estimate in writing at least 1 business day before your medical service or item. You can also ask for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule an item or service; (3) If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill; (4) You should make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate. For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises or call West Rose at 502.208.8496.
