Creating environments where people can actually thrive

For over a decade, Dr. Crosby has partnered with schools, districts, and community organizations to address the root conditions that make it difficult for people to learn, lead, and function well. Her consultation work is grounded in peer-reviewed research, community-engaged practice, and a deep commitment to equity.

As a recent co-investigator on multiple, multi-million-dollar, federal grants, funded by SAMHSA and the Department of Education, Dr. Crosby brings both scholarly rigor and practical experience to help organizations move from awareness to action. Her work has informed federal legislation, state policy briefs, and trauma-informed practice across the globe.

"Dr. Crosby's training sessions have been informative and engaging for participants, while also grounded in research, including her own scholarship. She has always provided timely and professional service, meeting deliverables by expected deadlines, and providing a high quality of professional development services for our training participants."
