Life can have unexpected and overwhelming twists and turns. Let West Rose help you navigate the journey!
Greetings! Over the years, I've had the privilege of working with many types of clients, including those with complex trauma histories, high-performing individuals, those trying therapy for the first time, as well as other mental health providers. I've seen, both personally and professionally, the impact of culturally-responsive therapy--it's ability to help individuals, relationships, and families. With this in mind, I'm passionate about working with individuals from racially marginalized communities to normalize mental health and wellness and to help people transform their lives. If you're seeking a welcoming and supportive space to work through life’s challenges, I'm here to help!

Coaching
I have experience helping individuals to address issues of depression, anxiety, stress, relationship/family issues, past or present trauma, and to navigate challenging life transitions. With extensive experience in supporting individuals exposed to trauma, I'm trained in a variety of evidence-informed modalities to help clients achieve their goals (e.g., CBT, KRTT, & EMDR--EMDRIA trained and currently receiving consultation). I recognize that each client's lived experience is unique. So, I adapt my approach to best meet clients’ specific needs, while providing a safe environment to authentically connect.

*Good Faith Estimates: You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical care will cost. Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services. This means that: (1) You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services. This includes related costs like medical tests, prescription drugs, equipment, and hospital fees; (2) You should make sure that you receive a Good Faith Estimate in writing at least 1 business day before your medical service or item. You can also ask for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule an item or service; (3) If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill; (4) You should make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate. For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises or call West Rose at 502.208.8496.
